So, Christmas this year was very good to me! I got a new 50mm f/1.8 lens :) As you can tell i'm already having a lot of fun with it! I'm so excited to go on a ton of photo adventures!

My Photography teacher asked us to leave class for an hour and take portraits of complete strangers, so challenge accepted. These two were my favorite, I chose to make the cigarette girl black and white because the colors on her glasses were distracting. It was a very interesting project in which I enjoyed thoroughly. Also a good way to start getting comfortable with taking pictures of strangers.
